OVERVIEW

With over twenty years of catering experience, we specialize in customized and affordable catering for groups from 10-500 guests. Our presentations are widely known for their creative, attractive set ups. We also feature high quality, deliciously prepared foods and warm, friendly service. We do private dinner parties, bereavement, showers, reunions, corporate functions, anniversaries and more. We are health board certified to ensure client safety and we are fully insured. After a brief, free consultation, we design a menu and service format that focuses on the objectives and preferences of our clients. Then after carefully weighing these factors, a proposal is presented for client approval. Whatever adjustments are required are then incorporated into the package to insure customer satisfaction. PHILOSOPHY

From the beginning, our focus has been to exceed customer expectation by giving them what they want, at an affordable price. Our growth is testimony to the fact that we've maintained that focus. Our many referrals over the years have formed a rock solid customer base that is continually expanding.

BACKGROUND

Twelve years ago, we came together in an effort to raise funding for community minded endeavors. After several successful efforts under the directorship of myself, then a chef at one of the area's most popular seafood houses, it became apparent that there was a need going unfulfilled. A market existed that was not being catered, most catering services were too expensive.

In response, the Jimmy Davis, CATERING! service emerged by serving small parties and free buffets at local social clubs. This exposure was invaluable as we honed our craft, becoming increasingly polished and professional. This process formed a foundation for our present rate of growth.

While currently experiencing the success we have worked to build, we confidently look forward to the many more opportunities that lay ahead. Which is to meet and exceed the challenge of customer satisfaction. Our focus remains true to this philosophy on which our success was built.
